It’s been a while since I shopped for make-up. Well, I really am not into it, like hardcore. I do own lipstick, powder and blush, just to call myself kikay. Hehehe. Other than the things mentioned above are alien to me. So last time I went to SM Manila, I dropped by at Etude House because they were on sale! Are you ready? Chos.

First item :

VIP Girl Lipstick

I was looking for the same lipstick Celine bought for me but I wasn’t able to find the exact shade from Dear Darling collection so I looked for an alternative. For the past months, I have been using red shade and I realized it somehow made me look matured (in a sexy way, chos). I miss looking young and doll-like (ugh) so I bought myself a pink lipstick!

Next :

Long Lash Mascara

Since I do have an eyelash curler, I bought a mascara that could go with it…only to realize someone borrowed my curler and didn’t return to me. T_T Anyway, despite not having an eyelash curler, the mascara works at its finest! It really does make my lashes look longer than usual. Promise! I wish I had taken a decent photo of my lashes but my 55-200mm lens won’t allow me. Nobody in the office wants to help me neither. Hahahaha. Poor me. But trust me, it really works~

Let’s talk about nails!

I am a huge collector of nail polish. Okay, let me say “was”. I seldom buy any of it now. I asked my Mommy Donna about her matte nail polish and she told me that I could find one at Etude House. How on earth have I had no knowledge about it? So I took this opportunity (I seldom go to malls recently, unless it’s for movies ) to buy one…and ended up buying two. Hehehehe. I chose brown and pink! Will post photos soon as I tried it

Early Birhtday Gift: Hair Bun Maker

I am no vain when it comes to my hair until I watch Tricia Gosingtian’s hair-do tutorials. Since then, I told myself to buy either a curling iron or a flat one. Last August, I finally was able to get myself one!

I actually have no idea on how to curl my hair, and though I watch tutorials over and over again, I just can’t get it. At first I was very hesitant to buy this since I really don’t know if I could use it well, but since the saleslady curled my hair perfectly, I immediately told her I’m gonna have it!

What I love about this is that it heats so fast that I’ll just wait for like 15 seconds then it’s good to go! And you can just do whatever you like to your hair with this. I sometimes use it for straightening but most of the time for curling my hair. It’ll just take you less than 15 minutes since it’s really easy to use. The plates are slim so you can really be detailed on the curling/straightening process!
I bought this for around P1,500, and it’s the most affordable yet effective flat iron in the market today, because mostly flat iron costs at around 2k-4k depends on the brand and features. This really is a good buy!
Also, at first you wouldn’t get the curls you want so you really have to practice and be patient. I asked my officemates if I could curl their hair and it took me several tries before I manage to do it perfectly. Now I can curl my hair in just 10 minutes! Amazing, really!

My first ever Elianto nail polish was color turquoise and I think I had three of that color. Ang bilis lang nya maubos because my friends love to use it too! I always love Elianto nail polish andt I felt too bad when the nearest branch to my home was closed na. So I bought from another brand.

I always looking for color brown but neither Faceshop nor Elianto offers one. So when Faceshop had Face it collection and I saw color brown, I just knew I had to buy it!

Part of my Faceshop nail polish collection is the summery color Neon Blue which I gave to my bestfriend And a dark green which was borrowed by someone I could not remember anymore.

And this month, Forever21 started to sell nail polish too! The day I heard about it, I went there with my guy (Yes, GUY!) bestfriend and he bought me two!!!

 I’m wearing my falsies today!

Yup yup, that’s right. For the very first time, I finally have put my falsies the right way! This morning, while at work, I asked my officemates to help me out but they don’t have knowledge on how to use the falsies so I have no choice but to be on my own. /chos It took me less than 15 mins to rightfully put it in my eyes. At first, I thought I look like gay because I am not used to it. but i still wear them kahit na pagtawanan pa nila ako. HAHAHA! They can say whatever opinion they have, I don’t care! LOL

If you have read my blog about the things I bought from Etude House, (if not, please click here), you would prolly know how I was dying to try these falsies and wear them outdoors but wasn’t able to because the first time I tried, I didn’t like how I look. So now, I tried it again the OLA! — I love it!

When I tried the false eye lashes that Celine bought, I told her I’ll buy one for myself. Last Friday, I went to Etude House in SM Megamall to look for some beauty products. I really am not into make-up but it won’t kill to try some.

I finally got my first paper bag. Let’s see what’s inside!

FIRST.

Dear Darling Lip Gloss. P278
My good friend Celine gave me a Dear Darling Lipstick  so I decided to buy a lip gloss that will go with it.
I tried this on and I really love the way it compliments with my lipstick.  You can check the store for other shades. It’s available in red, super hot pink, glittery pink and peach.

NEXT

Eye Lashes Curler. P198.
I don’t have any, I kept on borrowing my friend’s. So there, I bought one myself.  Most of the curlers hurt when you pull your lashes up. This one, it’s easier to use, you don’t even need to hurt yourself. You just gently curl your lashes, hold it within minutes then OLA! You have already achieved the lashes you want!

I don’t know if this is the same as that of Celine’s. When I saw her wearing this, I asked her to let me try it.

It is not that obvious, unlike the other falsies that you buy from some stores. This one makes your lashes look longer in a lady-like way. I want to learn how to put this on, because the first time I tried, I didn’t like the way it looks on me. I looked like..a gay? Hahaha. Anyway, I’ll figure it out pretty soon.

I bought another nail polish — unintentionally. The sales lady told me that for every P500 worth of purchase, I can get the Pink membership card for free. So I needed to buy an additional item worth P40. I laready have thee colors!

They are giving two BB cream when you availed the Pink membership card. I haven’t tried it yet. I’m really scared to try some cream on my face. But I’ll let you know once I used it. I heard it’s good and quite expensive.
